Over my 23-year career, I have been at the forefront of transforming mission critical environments and systems. In my current role as the Digital Transformation and Analytics Lead for SAS Software in the UKI Defence and National Security sector, my primary objective is to empower our customers with cutting-edge insights and solutions and identify the path to data driven decisions.

I take pride in fostering strong and transparent relationships with our clients, ensuring that every engagement is tailored to meet their specific needs. My role involves not just providing technological solutions but also guiding our customers in leveraging data and analytics to make informed decisions. Whether it’s leading the modernisation of customer environments through Cloud or shaping SAS’s offering portfolio, my focus remains on delivering tangible value through innovative and customer-centric approaches.

My commitment to making a positive impact extends beyond my professional career due to my role as an Advisory Board Member for UK Home Start Trafford, Salford, and Wigan. In this capacity, I contribute to defining and delivering Home Start’s digital strategy and engagement plan, supporting volunteer recruitment, and fostering corporate sponsorship to assist families with young children through challenging times.

Having served in advisory capacities at Accenture and CSC, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. My commitment to customer success goes beyond project milestones; I actively mentor colleagues at SAS, sharing real-life insights to help others achieve their professional goals.
