Helen Wylie is Chief Technology Officer and Director of the Strategic Delivery Unit at DWP Digital. Helen is heavily involved in DWP’s broader service modernisation agenda, shaping the organisation of the future. Helen’s primary role is to support her teams in delivering and creating an environment in which they can thrive, and removing blockers. She is passionate about the immense potential of digitalisation to help improve the services offered to millions of customers. Helen joined DWP Digital in 2018, previously working in a variety of technology and digital delivery roles in organisations including the Bank of England, Experian, and TNT Post Group.
