Paul is an experienced Digital Leader responsible for driving forward innovation in the use of data and analytics in the UK public sector in order to improve outcomes for citizens.

Paul was previously responsible for the identification and development of new capability to address the cyber threat to the UK in the National Cyber Crime Unit (NCCU) at the National Crime Agency (NCA).

A Programme Director with extensive experience in large-scale digital transformation. Delivered national infrastructure transformation programmes in the UK public sector and has led multiple programmes of £50M+. Experienced in successful deliveries across multi-national programmes. Strong business analysis skills with a proven track record in optimising and integrating digital operations. Responsible for delivering the UK’s VAT Registration Transformation programme; involved in delivering the Systems Integration component of the UK Ministry of Defence’s “Defence Business Services”​ transformation; and recently responsible for leading the Systems Integration workstream for the UK Home Office Immigration Platform Technologies programme.

During 2004-2006 he was consulting in the energy sector (Downstream Petrochem). From 2006 he has been delivering large scale Systems Integration programmes in the UK Government sector.
