Following a career in operational delivery and change implementation, Jack joined Cabinet Office in 2014 to lead the centralisation and development of Civil Service recruitment.
He joined the Senior Civil Service in 2016 and following roles in both delivery and strategy was appointed as Programme Director on the launch of the Digital Recruitment Transformation programme in April 2022.
He splits his time between engaging with Ministers and senior stakeholders to set the strategy and vision for the programme and its position in the wider Shared Services landscape; and leading and enabling his teams to operate effectively in an increasingly challenging and changing environment.
Outside of work he is married with two school-age children and lives in Newcastle upon Tyne. He has an MBA from Newcastle University Business School.
