Emma Charles

Emma is Director of Public Sector Delivery at Kin + Carta Europe. A digital transformation specialist with over 25 years’ experience designing, managing and leading high profile digital change projects, predominantly in the public sector, she is responsible for ensuring Kin +Carta is equipped and ready to deliver superb work within a government environment.

Emma has held senior transformation roles in Home Office and Valuation Office Agency before moving into consultancy and developing her ongoing work with a plethora of central and local government bodies.

As a persistent advocate for inclusion within the workplace, Emma has held board champion roles for Working Patterns and Parents, and sat on AND Digital’s Social Ethics and Inclusion sub committee. She has a developing interest in sustainability due to her time spent at Gemserv consultancy, and a keen interest in raising awareness of personal action on sustainability within the workplace.
