Dr Randhir K. Auluck,

Randhir is a Councillor at Coventry City Council and Head of School (SOES), Westminster Business School at the University of Westminster in London, UK. Previously, she was Associate Head of School: Enterprise & Innovation in the School of Leadership & Strategy at Coventry University. She has been on secondment to the South African Public Service in Pretoria and to the French Ministry of Industry, Finance and Economy in Paris. Also, Randhir is a Magistrate, on the Board of Coventry Relate and the Central Academies Trust and is Vice Chair of the Board of the Coventry Refugee and Migrant Centre.
Randhir received her PhD from Warwick Business School and her Masters in Social Policy and Social Work from York University. Her research work has been published in a range of journals including Personnel Review, International Review of Administrative Sciences, Industrial and Commercial Training, Leadership and Organisation Development Journal and British Journal of Social Work. She is the Project Director and Co-Chair of the Public Service Reform Working Group of the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Administration (IASIA/IIAS) and has presented papers at various international conferences as well as to the United Nations Ad Hoc Committee of Experts on Public Administration.
