I’m hugely committed to delivering exceptional user-centred services, embedding positive change that transforms the way people work, and ensuring my teams and the people I work with are empowered and supported to achieve.

I’m extremely committed to ensuring that we benefit from the possibilities digital and technology offer. I proactively seek opportunities to transform complex or painful processes and issues through digitalisation and I also strive to remove the constraints of legacy technology by maximising the opportunities that modern technology can support. I’m particularly proud of the way I’ve been able to lead and deliver services and change initiatives at the Food Standards Agency.
